How to Book |
|
First, please e-mail (aileen@achardholidaylets.co.uk) or telephone (01571 855 360) to confirm that the dates you wish to book are available, and to make a provisional booking; I will then hold your booking for 7 days. Next, pay the deposit of £150 (or the complete amount if within 8 weeks of arrival). The following methods are acceptable: · Electronic bank transfer (digital/online banking - account details will be provided when you make a provisional booking) · Cheque, payable to “Mrs A M Hall” (please send by post, drawn on a UK bank only) · Payment for bookings from outside the UK is in pounds sterling (GBP) via international bank transfer (I will supply IBAC and BIC information for my bank account when you make a provisional booking) · Payment for bookings made within 1 week of arrival (“late bookings”) may be by bank transfer or cash on arrival. [As a last resort, if the above forms of payment are unacceptable, you may pay by PayPal or credit card - details on request. I discourage these means of payment due to the high transaction charges involved (6-10%), and may ask you to contribute to these charges]. Your booking will be confirmed when your deposit is received, and payment of the balance by any one of the above methods becomes due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. When you make payment you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of the booking. A Booking Form is available should you wish to use it. |

Inclusive of bed linen, towels and electricity (including heating). £150 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Balance of tariff to be paid 8 weeks before the start of the let.
